How do I start using Roomies?

To start using Roomies:
- Download the app from your app store
- Create a new account or sign in
- Create a new apartment or join an existing one
- Invite your roommates
- Start managing expenses and tasks
How do I create a new account?

To create a new account:
- Open the app
- Tap "Sign Up" or "Create Account"
- Enter your email address
- Create a strong password
- Confirm your account via the email we send you
How do I add a new expense?

To add a new expense:
- Open the "Expenses" screen
- Tap "+" or "Add expense"
- Enter the expense amount
- Choose a category (food, bills, etc.)
- Add a description (optional)
- Select who paid
- Save the expense
How do I invite roommates?

To invite new roommates:
- Open the main screen
- Tap "Manage Roommates"
- Tap "Invite New Roommate"
- Enter the roommate's email address
- Send the invitation
- The roommate will receive an invitation and can join
How do I manage the shopping list?

- Open the "Shopping" screen
- Tap "+" to add an item
- Enter the item name
- Add quantity (optional)
- Tap the item to mark it as purchased
- Tap again to unmark it

- Tap "Set schedules"
- Add cleaning tasks
- Set frequency for each task
- Assign roommates to tasks
- The app will remind automatically
How do notifications work in the app?

- Adding items to shopping list
- Purchasing items from the list
- Adding new expenses
- New roommates joining the apartment
- Completing cleaning turns
- Cleaning turn reminders (2 days in advance)
